1) When i assigned a dishonored personnality with the writ's
ability, i control this personnality or not?

You do not control it. You only decide how it assigns.

2) Can i assigned a loyal personnality with writ of command?

Réponse :
Yes. Again, you do not gain control of the Personality at an time

Bon alors apparemment, même si à un moment donné on est en droit d'assigner une personnalité adverse, cela n'est cependnat pas considéré comme une prise de contrôle. Résultat, on peut donc assigner une personnalité loyale puisqu'on n'a pas le contrôle (c'est mieux que rien )
