Question :
If my opponent have a personnality with a gold cost of 9 but with
his strongold ( city of remembrance) he reduces this cost by 2, So
the gold cost is now 7, after he attaches 2 items which their gold
cost are 3

the total cost of this unit is 7 + 3 + 3 = 13

Can he destroy my shosuro with a gold cost of 12? Is it the good
card's working?

Using The Price of Power is a Limited action. The House can cancel it.

Il faut bien calculer le coût de l'unité totale. Par contre il est possible d'annuler l'effet de l'évènement avec House of the spring chrysanthémum.
