Battle: If Kaibara is in the current battle, once per battle, target
a card in the current Province. Turn it face-up. If it is a Personality, Kaibara may copy one of his Battle actions and perform it, paying all costs.

Question :
If i use kaibara's limited ability, and i want to rearrange my
opponent dynasty cards, Can i put all his face-down card on the same province?
